Hi, I’m Emily — the face behind VA Vida.

With over a decade of experience across hospitality, web design, app development, and corporate event management, I’ve worn more hats than a Parisian at fashion week. I’ve worked and wandered across the UK, Australia, France, Southeast Asia, South America and beyond — and somewhere between planning 20 events a week and learning to ask for croissants en français, I realised something big: I wanted a career that gave me both freedom and focus.

That “aha” moment turned into VA Vida — a virtual assistant service with a global mindset, a creative edge, and a love for ticking things off to-do lists so my clients don’t have to.

My background in corporate events taught me how to manage big, fast-moving projects without dropping a beat — and now I get to bring that same energy to the wonderful businesses I support, just with a better view (and usually a coffee in hand).
